Everything was fine until I found out I had a double charge, I was charged for two rooms. The desk clerk that I spoke to over the phone was so rude and brushed me off. I emailed Expedia and waiting for a response. Place was not clean beds felt sandy like they did not change the covers.. We did not sleep good at all loud neighbors passed midnight . Horrible experience

Room was very clean, above my expectations. Room is simple which was ok for our needs. Pool was great for grandkids. Staff was very nice. Just short on housekeepers and poor girl was working her tail off. Overall great stay.

The pool was nice and warm enough to enjoy but they had a sign that the hot tub was out of order but I'm pretty sure it's been "out of order" for a long time. The room had a lot of space. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. No breakfast. There was a place to hang your clothes but no hangers. Felt worn but it was clean and with four grandkids it was a good place for the money for all the space and pool.

The beds feel like rollaway cots they aren't very stable. The room wasn't the cleanest, dust was caked on places like the top of the fridge. Bathroom had dead flies in one corner. When you check in they have a hundred rules plastered on the wall like you can't drink in your own room even though there were people drinking and being loud at the pool. You can't be on your balcony after a certain period. You can't make any noise after a certain time. Threats of penalties or being asked to leave with no refund.

Would not stay here again, unfortunately. Called the hotel ahead of time to say I had a pet but when we arrived they said the king room I booked wasn’t pet friendly. No problem, they put me in a two queen room with my boyfriend. The refrigerator made really loud weird sounds all night, the bed wasn’t comfy at all, and the person above us had a dog chewing on a bone that kept us up past 2am. (Not blaming the dog the walls and floors are just paper thin). There was also weird red staining in the creases of the shower tile and on the bathroom walls were smudges that looked kinda like blood and we kept hearing a dripping sound but couldn’t figure out where it came from. Price is cheap but would gladly pay a bit more money for a better stay.

There was rain coming in to the pool. The room wasn’t done on time. We had to wait an extra hour from what they had told us. There was no microwave in the room and we had to ask for more towels and there was no towels at the pool.

The first room the door did not lock, when I noticed it wasn’t locking I went down to tell the guy at the front desk it was around 8:10pm and he didn’t care. I explained to him I was leaving to the store and the light show and didn’t want my stuff to leave so he handed me to keys and told me to move next door. When I went back to try to move next door the keys didn’t work. I went back to the office about 5 minutes later and the guy acted as if he never saw me or helped me. Then he wanted to argue that he just got there and didn’t hand me the set of two keys. I asked him then how did I get them. Then he started banging on the machine saying it is broken. After 15 minutes he kept trying to put me in my same room and I keep telling him the room doesn’t lock that is the room I am already in. Then he finally puts me in another room. I go to the other room and it is dirty. I then go back to the office to tell him it is dirty and he is mad and try to put me back in my old room and I tell him again that room doesn’t lock. Then he bangs on the machine again saying it’s broken. After a half hour he finally gets me in a room and I miss the light show because he is either high or doesn’t know what he is doing.
