「I had bigger expectations for this hotel.
On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden.
The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down.
I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me.
I didn't get my room until after 4pm.
She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. She even said she went to my room and the cleaning staff were in it.
If she was honest about the room's avail I could...

「This Inn is undergoing renovation and has only in the last couple of months re-opened. They have concentrated on the public areas, the bar, reception etc. Unfortunately the guest rooms are unfinished and the corridors to them are in a building site state. They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. Shower was hot and good, however it was impossible to lock them in a usable position. Fittings had...

「Convenient to Belfast international airport however our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours so we couldn’t really get to enjoy the whole hotel. Having to leave early next morning also meant we couldn’t enjoy our stay this time but we’ll stay again in the near future as it is a really pleasant spot to stay.」

「The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort.」
