“I did get my 2 large towels as requested. What was stated on the email was not true what I was charged ”

“The room smelled like old mildew basement smell. The pillows smelled like mildew. Towel racks were coming out of the wall. The toliet keep moving it was not bolted down properly. There were no comfy blankets to use just a thin worn out blanket that smelled. Tv cable and remote didnt work right. The rooms had pillows with stains all over them. There was people hanging out all around the parking lot that did not belong there. We did not feel safe at all. I would never recommend anyone stay……

“Had a room with 2 queen beds. Room was very large. Very good hot breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was very cold. My grandchildren could not swim. Hot tub was also only lukewarm. Disappointed. Requested an extra pillow. Was told here were no extras.”

“The hall smelled like cat pee. Pets were allowed so every morning there was a dog barking outside. A/C could not keep up, but staff did find us a fan. Not enough outlets in the room. Q- Tips and Kleenex behind the furniture.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……
