“I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”

“Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! “The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”
