I could not go up and down the stairs because I have some severe back problems. The stairs are steep and winding. The attention to detail... the personal touches... comfortable furniture...etc. We took the short hike to the falls... which was delightful. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed."

"What a wonderful home. My family stayed here for the weekend of the total Solar Eclipse in April 2024. The hosts were spectacularly welcoming and helpful to us throughout our stay. The house is ideal for a relaxing, fun getaway. We enjoyed the game room, watched a movie, cooked, hung out in the back yard, listened to music, had a fire, enjoyed the hot tub, and just had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!"
