“The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. The bathroom is newly renovated. WiFi is strong. When comparing to the price, it is competitive. We will surely recommend it to our friends.”

“Hi arrived around 2 30am, no-one was about , other than a guest waitfor towels for the room, whe we got to the room it had no toilet paper or towels, we had a drink, but again no spoons, the bed was very cheap and lumpy and hard. We had to sleep with the window open, because of the heat ,the road was very loud. The window had a broken safety catch, so a child could fall out, the bed was under the window, the room looked to have been made up to a third word standard, I think it's owners……

“When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot……

Trace d’infiltration, rouille et bris accessoires dans la douche, matelas usée nous avions des ressorts qui nous fatiguaient obligéde demander un chagement de matelas. Les meubles sont defraichis et le tapis décoloré voir tâches ...le balcon attenant a la chambres no#2 etait complètement a l'abandon les chaises défoncées la moisissures partout Nous ne conseillons pas cette hôtel a personne Note : Nous avons des photos a l’appui de nos commentaires ”
