"We felt right at home in this house. The key pad was fussy when we first arrived, and VRBO's app did not help us reach the host...not her fault. Maybe the host could message her cell to future guests for emergencies. The house was adorable. "Stayed in an upstairs room. It was clean, but could use some updating. The sink was missing it's stopper and the shower head is pretty low to the ground. The TV and AC worked fine and the bed was fine as well. We appreciated the friendly hosts and access to a nice small beach across the highway. The hosts lit a campfire each evening for the guests and there were picnic tables and charcoal grills available for meals in the central lawn."

"This is a great little cabin! Very clean, very comfortable, well stocked, we had a fantastic time! Brandi is a great communicator. She makes you feel welcome and is available if you need anything. The cabin is a stones throw from the Porcupine Mountains park entrance. We did a lot of hiking during the day and enjoyed coming “home” to a hot shower and cocktails in the porch.The other thing I really appreciated about the cabin is the book of literature about the area, we found it very helpful. We are already thinking about a return to the UP. Nice people, beautiful country."

"This property was amazing for our family of 18, ranging in age from 2 months to 66 years. There was plenty of room to spread out while still having ample space to gather together.The shoreline is shallow enough for little ones, and the splash pad was a blast for all ages. The paddleboards and kayaks were a great way to explore the lake.There was more than enough refrigerator and freezer space, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for cooking. We also appreciated the ample dining space for our entire group.We loved not having a TV in the main living area. Lots of time for books, games and puzzles. The gazebo was a hit with the kids. The host was great to work with and quick to respond. This place does not disappoint!"
