Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave us great tips about the city and how to get around it. The cleaning team was quite nice as well. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable!

It was somewhat difficult to locate the entrance to the Annex building but the staff were very helpful and stayed on the telephone to direct me while I tried to locate it. Perhaps they can arrange to put a sign on the building or map in the instructions if you are doing self checkin

We had the loft room which we thought was going to be hot but with both roof windows open, it let through a lovely breeze of a hot evening. Tidy and clean, a couple of great pubs just round the corner and easy walkable access to the city. Quiet location so no annoying noise at night. Very friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. 10 minute walk from station. Would recommend.

Nice little boutique type hotel. Rooms are very small. No Air Conditioning. No one at the front desk or on-site to help you with issues that may come up. Our key card stopped working so we had to sit on the steps until someone drove from their home and came out to let us in.

The hotel is in a great spot; walkable to everything in Bruges but just far enough outside the city centre so you’re not in the thick of it. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants around the hotel too.
