Great place to stay

This home is ideal for a fun trip to St. Simons. It is walking distance to the downtown area and pier. We rented a golf cart and took that to the beach. There is a nearby park as well. The home had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to towels, etc. I would stay here again. It's a great place.

This was a great property for a family of 6. Unit was clean and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed using bikes provided. Pools walkable distance from unit. We were thankful to be able to take our dog. Dog park short walk from condo too.

Nice Area. Great Location.

The owner communication was great. The unit is in a nice quiet complex. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. If you don’t mind a short walk, the village and the golf course (we were there for the RSM Classic) are accessible without a car. If we attend the tournament again next year, we’d be happy to stay here again.

We’ll Be Back!!

We came down for a wedding and little family weekend getaway and we not disappointed. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with more than we expected! Communication was quick and easy. We had some AC issues but they were resolved immediately! The pools were great but wouldn’t recommend the playground set. It’s old and not cared for and there were so many ant hills we had to leave before the kids got eaten up but that’s not the homeowners fault at all. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to next time!

Perfect location and nice condo. It worked well for our group of 8. We used the couch and a blow up mattress in addition to the beds and it was perfect for us. Nicely furnished apartment with great access to pools and tennis courts and easy walk to the village or a bike ride to the beach for us.
