“The rooms were modern and nicely appointed, and the property was kept impressively clean. That said, the amenities fall short for longer stays. There is no microwave and no on-site laundry, and the dry cleaning is quite expensive per garment. Parking was also a challenge, as the available spaces were inconveniently far from the building.
Service was a tale of two shifts. The morning attendant was genuinely pleasant and a bright spot of my stay. The overnight attendant, unfortunately, was quite……

“The location was next to a very loud freeway. First night there a mentally unstable woman or woman on drugs was sobbing loudly through the halls and out in the parking lot. Bathrooms had cracked floor tiles and the shower had mold in grout and caulking. Gross. The corner of the shower wall was rotted. Carpet in room was disgusting. Definitely wear your tennis shoes or some type of shoes all the time even if you have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The bed I could feel……

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.
I reported these……
