Smartsflats Louisa cancelled my reservation 24hrs before my arrival. They returned the money but of course I could not find hotel with the same price 24hrs before arrival. So, their unprofessional one-sided last minute cancellation cost me more than 300e - not to mention stress that it caused. I recommend everybody avoid this place. Unreliable!

The apartment was in a great location and had all the necessary kitchen equipment, which made the stay convenient. However, it’s on the 4th floor with no lift, which was very challenging for us since we were traveling with a 70-year-old and a 1-year-old. Another big downside was that the WiFi did not work for the entire stay. Although I received a 15% refund, it didn’t really help as I genuinely needed internet access during my trip. Overall, the apartment itself is nice, but the lack of WiFi and accessibility made the experience quite difficult for us.

There were blood stains around the flat, we tried to contact the owners directly and they kept saying they were working to get it resolved but didn’t do anything to resolve it, no one came to clean it or address it in any way and no resolution was given at all in the time we were there. It was a biohazard in front of our eyes, with massive bloodstains on the couch bed, making it so that we weren’t able to use it at all. They also do not have working WiFi even though it is advertised that they do, we tried to contact the hotel about this too and they said they were working to resolve it but did not. All of these issues remained unresolved for the entirety of the three days we were there.

Unfortunately, my stay wasn't pleasant. We stayed from September 9th to 14th. I made the reservation six months in advance because I knew the building didn't have an elevator. I sent a message to the owner explaining that the reservation was for three adults over 65, including one of us with mobility issues. I asked if they could reserve me a lower floor. To my surprise, I was informed the day before my check-in that it would be on the fourth floor and that access to one of the rooms would be on the fifth floor. This was inconsiderate, given that we're elderly and have luggage, and I made my reservation well in advance. Another problem: the description said the room had Wi-Fi, but it didn't, and without Wi-Fi, there was no way to watch TV. One of the bathrooms lacked a mirror over the sink, and the shower stall had no door. The apartment had no chairs with backrests or armchairs, only stools. Otherwise, the location, amenities, and cleanliness were good.

Juste inadmissible. Aucun mail pour prevenir des cides dacces, et surtout aucun mail ou appel pour nous dire que l'appartenance reserver et payé n'était pas en états et quon ne pourrait pas y aller. On a du appeler le numero de la plate forme qui gere ça. On a été relogé 2km plus loin et a pieds (ils offrent pas le taxi hein) . Arriver enfin au 2nd hotel plutot bien située c'est vrai, et bien la surprise fût désagréable. Apparemment hôtel qui a je pense subit des dégats, et donc les travaux pas fini a premiere vue, les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Seul point positif le lit, confortable.

Avoid it - do not recommend

I booked this studio for its location and advertised facilities, but the reality was disappointing. Key issues during my stay: Major problems: Broken toilet seat and lid – never repaired. Only 1/3 of a toilet roll provided – no replacements available. Wi-Fi did not work at all despite reports with screenshots; I was told nothing could be done due to a public holiday. TV not working – only blue screen with channel list, no picture. No timelines or urgency from staff, even after I explained my short stay. Additional issues (with photos): Curtains with stains resembling blood spots. Cracked stool that trapped my skin and caused an injury. Floor heavily scratched and black table surface worn with chipped paint. Fan extremely dusty. Shower cabin far too small. Room looked worse than in the photos; some elements shown were missing (e.g. kettle and toaster). Positives: Convenient central location. Good size of the studio. Toiletries (lavender-scented) were pleasant. Kitchen had basics, though missing an electric kettle and toaster. Overall: Despite some positives, the number of unresolved problems and misleading presentation made this stay uncomfortable and poor value for money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le frigo était en panne ( ne fait pas de froid…) Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs demande auprès de la direction….rien n’a été fait…pas même un échange de chambre…Rue bruyante le soir…sdf qui hurlent. ..Porte d’accès à l’immeuble vandalisé…insécurité. Clientèle féminine de l’hôtel douteuse…

L’immeuble 3 étoile, l’ studio 4 étoile

Super l’ studio, propreté impecable , mais l’entrée de l’immeuble c’est une poubelle, il faut refaire complètement l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est inadmissible c’est entrée , chaque fois que quelqu’un rentre dans les immeubles, la porte claque est réveillé à tout l’immeuble , à cause de ça 3 étoile mais l’ studio 4 étoile , merci

Ça aurait pu être pire

Pour un séjour court (dans notre cas 2 nuits), on peut s'en satisfaire, mais pour plus long, les points négatifs (état du canapé, confort général, l'aspect peu fonctionnel de l'appartement, wifi capricieux, ...) risquent de prendre le dessus. Rien d'inacceptable pour autant, disons que dans l'ensemble tout est plutôt moyen.

Otroligt dålig incheckning som tog över 1 timme att lösa via en dålig telefonledning. Dålig service och när vi väl fick tillgång till rummet så var städningen dålig och boendet saknar WiFi. I övrigt ligger det gångavstånd in till centrum och det finns barer, restaurang och butik på gatan.
