Volleyball Tournament

Great centrally located house to campus, activities, and restaurants. Great fenced in backyard for the dogs. Host was great to work with on accommodations. Would definitely recommend

Perfect for an "old-guys" weekend at TAMU

House was very clean, in good shape and rate was appropriate. Loved the backyard: a great place to hang-out between scheduled events. Plenty of room for playing dominoes at the kitchen table, cornhole in the back yard and lounging on the patio. Exactly what we needed for a low-key reunion. If you need the local contact, skip the email and use their phone number.

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean and well stocked. Needs table lamps for the nightstands and basic seasonings like salt and pepper for the kitchen. A bench in front of the bed for luggage would be nice. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are nice and the AC and heat worked great. The communication was excellent!

For an order residence, the property was clean and well stocked. It's nothing the owners can do about it, but the only downside is some of the neighbors like to party. It didn't cause us any issues, just a slight annoyance. The manager was extremely accommodating and helpful with the one issue we had, so small it's not worth mentioning. I would highly recommend this property.
