Cute, quiet neighborhood, close to everything

This was a cozy house with good separation of space - all bedrooms upstairs, separate dining room, living room. Very comfortable and quiet, on a cul de sac street. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter in Bryan. Garage parking was a great bonus.

Nice size 3 bed/2.5 bath. Rooms are a good size and exactly as advertised. Kitchen is spacious. Lots of natural lights. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the garage parking. Host/contact responded quickly. Very comfortable & quiet weekend.

Great location my only concern is the front deck there were several rotten boards we had to be very careful! Also the listing stated there was only 1 ring doorbell camera be we notice cameras all over the property not a big deal just not what the listing said

The house was a great size. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, large dining room and living room, garage parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We had a slight mishap and locked ourselves out of the house. The owner and his team(friends/family) were very helpful and accommodating to getting us back inside. I would highly recommend this location.

House was cute and clean. TV’s did not work so we had to go somewhere to watch the big Aggie and TU game which was unfortunate.

Bryan VRBO

The house was very clean!! Loved the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for our weekend. The stairs were steep for the grandparents but were fine for us younger adults. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cute Little House

We rented this house for a TAMU graduation weekend, and it was a great house for us. High-end appliances, lots of bright windows. Neighborhood is older, as is the house, but it served our purpose. Close to everything, including Downtown Bryan and Messina Hof, which were both lots of fun.
