Rocky: New Home, 2mi-A&M/Walk to Legends Event Ctr

Brand new home, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!

Family Wedding Weekend

All was good except we had trouble managing the temp between the upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs was regularly “a little too cold” while the upstairs was “a little too warm”…even with closing upstairs vents. The upstairs tubs drained very slowly. If we stayed here again, I would choose a different unit…ours was right by the parking for all units and when people came and went during the night, their car lights lit up the downstairs bedroom thru all 3 windows.
