"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. Again no beds were made so we had to wait outside with our stuff while a young lad threw some...

"We were here for 3 nights June 2025, the accommodation suited all our family, including our pet dog. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen providing everything we needed.Sleeping accommodation and storage were great. Lovely outdoor space with modern garden furniture, and secure for our dog, who loved the garden. We had a lovely stay."

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "

"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. "The best location right along the Promanade, Plenty of free street parking alongside the hotel (3.30pm to 10.30am), very helpful and chatty staff, meals very good, rooms big and beds good. Free entertainment twice per week. 5 mins walk to the pier. The overall conclusion was this being an excellent choice of hotel and VERY reasonably priced."

"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️"
