Guests will have access to both floors of the entire home, the driveway for up to 6 vehicles; the walking path to town, the entire back patio (both levels) and the green space below the rental cabin on property.
Upon arrival, guests can access the property through the Schlage keypads on the front door of each property. When booking your stay, please enter the correct number of guests that will be staying on the property. Maximum occupancy at the main home is 14 guests, including children (Two of the beds are bunks and there is also a pullout sofa on the lower level).
Hosts are just a call, text or email away for any needs during your stay. We have local staff who can tend to emergencies. Please allow extra time during weekends and holidays.

The cabin is set at a distance from the main home, affording privacy to those in the cabin.
***ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum Occupancy for the main home is 14 guests, including children. There is one pack and play onsite as well for an infant or toddler not included in the guest count. If you would like to bring extra guests, please contact us in advance.
