The only thing is that it’s not very visible, there is a module 1 in the address, but it’s only written at the top of the building that is hidden by the ceiling, so it’s not very intuitive to locate the hotel, even if you have the GPS.

Good location

Very good location if you arrive on a late bus, it’s right at the bus station in bucaramanga. Or if you arrive in a bus then have to go to the airport in the Morning early. Taxi to airpor is $32k. The staff were friendly, watch out for them trying to charge you IVA tax on your room. This seems to be very common in colombia. I had to explain that I was a tourist and shouldn’t be charged it. She refunded me the 19%. The room was clean and it has hot water.

Noisy place

The cover pictures don't tell the Real story. This hotel is located next to the bus terminal Our room back onto the exit ramp for the terminal so ever bus that left through the night we knew it was on it's way. The picture of a quiet little cabana on a hillside isn't even close to what get.

Buena opción cerca al terminal de transporte

Es una muy buena opción para estar de paso en la ciudad de bucaramanga, queda al lado de la terminal de transportes y aún así no se escucha fuerte el ruido de los buses y puedes descansar. Es agradable, las habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado y personal muy atento. Los centros comerciales más cercanos quedan a 15 o 20 minutos en coche según el tráfico. El centro de bucaramanga es más lejano.

Buena ubicacion

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación pues se encuentra dentro del terminal de transportes,el parqueadero no queda en el mismo hotel y para ingresar al restaurante se debe salir del hotel. El jacuzzi no presentaba una buena limpieza y contaba con una abertura que succiona con mucha fuerza y podría causar un accidente.

Un espacio còmodo y aceptable

En general el hotel es bueno, sus cuartos confortables y las zonas humedas buenas. El problema que tiene es que se encuentra en el terminal y se siente un poco de ruido de carros en la noche, de la misma manera el acceso al mismo no es fàcil.

Logical hotel for overnight stay near bus terminal

We arrived in Bucaramanga late at night and were departing by bus early in the morning for San Gil. We selected Hotel Palmera Real because it is directly next to the bus terminal; in fact, it's practically a part of it. The hotel room was very basic, but mostly as advertised. The photos made the rooms and grounds look a bit more modern than we found, but the room served the purpose of a short-term crash pad. Not surprising, the location is fairly noisy, and we were woken up quite early by buses and the hotel staff. Overall, it is definitely conveniently located, but is a bit pricey for what you receive.

Me sorprendió

Este hotel se encuentra dentro de la terminal de transporte de Bucaramanga y me encantó. Es muy bonito, pequeño, cómodo, con zona húmeda acogedora para pasar un buen rato. No se siente ruido, ya que está al extremo del movimiento de los buses. La atención fue excelente. Fue un gran acierto haber escogido este hotel para nuestra estancia en Bucaramanga.
