Welcome to La MUSA Living 203, a beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located in the heart of Bucerías' Golden Zone - just a short walk from the beach. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality, this condo offers the perfect setting for families, couples, or remote professionals seeking a relaxing and vibrant stay on the Riviera Nayarit.

Interior Features

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with modern fixtures and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and is adjacent to a second full bathroom, making it ideal for guests or children.

The open-concept living room offers a comfortable sitting area, a smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The dining area seats four and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

Other conveniences include high-speed fiber internet (500 Mbps), perfect for remote work or streaming, as well as in-unit laundry facilities with a washer and dryer. The entire unit is fully air-conditioned, including both bedrooms and the living area, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Enjoyed onsite host Diego!!! Location could not get any better unless it was ocean front. Communication with the off premises host could have been better but everything worked out once we arrived. However, it took 2 days to get WiFi password. I am definitely happy we were guests at the property! definitely recommend the property! Once you’re there, Diego will ensure you feel right at home!
