- Brand new and spacious 82 sqm duplex , beautifully decorated, located on the ground floor of a historical building part of the national patrimony. The house was completely re-consolidated and renovated in 2016.
The bedrooms are located on the lower floor, featuring a main room with a king size bed and an annex providing a couch, TV and an additional single bed (foldable), while the second bedroom is provided with a single bed.
Self-catering property, up to 4 guests can have access to the entire apartment; features a kitchenette with full appliances, and a large living area with home theatre, a bathroom with a hot tub and a half bathroom upstairs.
The property is set in the heart of Bucharest near National Museum of Art. The Cismigiu Gardens is within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Romanian Athenaeum is 600 m from the apartment, while Ministry of Health is 800 m from the property.
