This is a beautiful, authentic, historic hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, and I always use the magnificent staircase instead of the elevator!

Great Hotel in a Great location

The room was spacious with a large foyer and a large bathroom with tub and shower. It was very clean and in excellent shape for a "grand old hotel." The location was perfect for walking to the performing arts venues during the George Enescu Music Festival (which was magnificent).

Very central located hotel, beautiful decorated. We arrived early and they stored out luggage for us until check in time. The room was very nice and comfortable. We had water, coffee, tea facilities in the room. We received a nice welcoming gift in the room of wine, cookies and fruit. Felt like home. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good too.

The hotel is really pretty. Very well mentioned building. Luxury elegant atmosphere. They pay attention to every detail. Staff is sweet and friendly and they try to accommodate every need. First, the location is just perfect. We can walk to many fine restaurants and shops. The massage at their spa was amazing. The spa is really nice. The receptionist were very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this place!

This is a classically elegant hotel located in a wonderful part of downtown Bucharest. The rooms are nice, the furniture is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the selection of pillows. The restaurant in the hotel was especially good, with delicious Romanian and international food. I highly recommend the ciorba de perisoare soup and the foire gras at the hotel restaurant, they're both amazing. The spa in the hotel is very very good, with kind and nice people working there. They let us reschedule our massage without a problem. The jacuzzi is beautiful, but it would be even better if it was hotter. Overall, we loved this hotel and would return next time we're in Bucharest.
