“The area of the hotel was very sketchy. The hotel is going through a giant remodel so all the outside doors were not locked and anyone could get in. The room was clean and I am glad it didn't smell bad in the room like it did outside. I really don't know how this hotel had such great ratings. Maybe it will be better once all the rooms are fixed up.”

Hot tub was warm, but no pressure at jets or option to turn jets up beyond a “circulate” only speed. Stayed there because of the rate and animal friendly. Will not stay there again. .”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”
