"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hotel – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Great hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"The rooms are lovely but they have no self catering equipment in the kitchens despite having a kitchen. Large bathroom and comfy beds including the sofa bed. Only 2 loungers in the balcony even though we were three but I guess not a major issue if you use the beach. Bathroom towels on the small side the beach towels are better size and quality. Pool is small not heated and in the first floor, 10 loungers around it all in the shade. Loungers are not the most luxurious. Relaxation area has 2 beds and whilst children under 14 not supposed to use there was a young child on one of the beds and another in the sauna whilst we used it. Small gym. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Ate in both restaurants and food was lovely. Personally I would not say it’s a five star hotel, facilities are minimal, pool area is not big, however it’s a good hotel. We stayed at a very good price I’d have been disappointed if we paid full price."

"Fantastic hotel 🏨 . The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble at all . They let us checkin 5 hours early for free . Upgrade our room with a great sea and harbour view. Pools fantastic . Great sunbeds, comfortable and clean . Breakfast was great 👍 hot and cold lots to choses from. Just a short walk to the beach 🏖️ bit of a walk up hill back but this was no isssue to us. The local buses 🚌 stop outside the hotel . Just 2ero around the area. Great area for walking . Just loved it . We would recomened you to stay here ."

"Really nice hotel: excellent spa, good food at fair prices, great view. However, you 100% need a car as cannot walk anywhere directly from the hotel unless along a major road - not recommended."

"This is not a 5 star hotel! Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. Four complimentary coffee capsules allowed for the entire stay, whether that's 1 night or 1 month Room never hoovered Turn down service happened sometimes, and wasn't consistent when it did happen Cleaning service at a time to suit the staff - sometimes there'd be a note on the door that they tried to clean before 9am, other times they still hadn't cleaned by 2pm, or even 4pm on occasion Replacement of bottle of water in the room sporadic Water only available in reception area for very limited time each day Light curtain covering window between bedroom and bathroom so you couldn't have the light on in the bathroom at night or you'd disturb other people in the bedroom Smoking allowed everywhere outside, not even one non-smoking outdoor area by pool Pool towels only available at the beach so you have to walk past the pools, cross the promenade to go and collect them, to then turn round and take them back to the pool No eggs to order at breakfast Minimal fresh fruit, eg no melon"
