While you'll have complete privacy during your stay, our local host lives nearby and is available if you need any assistance or have questions. This home is ideally located just minutes from downtown Buena Vista, where you'll find art galleries, shopping, and great local dining. Outdoor adventure is all around—hot springs, whitewater rafting, hiking and biking trails, and fishing on the Arkansas River are just a short drive away. You're also close to golf, a historic drive-in theater, ziplining, and off-road tours. Day trips to St. Elmo, Leadville, Twin Lakes, and even Great Sand Dunes National Park are within easy reach. In winter, hit the slopes at Monarch, Ski Cooper, or Copper Mountain—all under 70 minutes away.
You’ll have full access to the home during your stay. Entry is easy and secure with a keypad — no keys to worry about. A unique access code will be provided to you before check-in and will be active for the duration of your stay. Come and go as you please!

This spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with thoughtful touches in every room:
-Primary Bedroom: CA King bed, breathtaking mountain views, ensuite bath with double shower heads, hairdryer, and essentials.
-Bedroom 2: CA King bed, mountain views, and a roomy walk-in closet.
-Bedroom 3: CA King bed, walk-in closet, and family-friendly features including a Pack ‘n Play, highchair, and booster seat.
-Living Room: Two near-full-size convertible sofa sleepers, perfect for additional guests.
-Guest Bath: Shower/tub combo with curved rod, hairdryer, and toiletries provided.
All bedrooms include blackout shades and built-in USB ports via beds, lamps, or nightstands for your convenience.

Whether you're cooking for two or ten, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need:

Our home is located just 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista, making it an easy drive, bike ride, or even a pleasant walk for those who enjoy the outdoors. Buena Vista is a bike-friendly town with dedicated paths and a laid-back pace, so biking is a great way to explore local shops, restaurants, and the Arkansas River. Free parking is available at the home, and you'll find plenty of spots in town as well. Whether you're driving, biking, or strolling, getting around is simple and enjoyable.

Access: You'll receive a unique code for keyless entry.
Amenities: We provide an ample supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and plush towels to enhance your stay along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms.
Parking: Please park on the driveway or on the street in front of the home.
No Smoking Policy: No smoking on the property at any time.
Holiday Check-In/Check-Out: No Check-In/Check-Out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates, we will need to change the reservation.
Booking Far in Advance: If you'd like to book far in advance and beyond our regular booking window, please send us a message and we can provide you with a quote for your dates.
