"The food was good with generous portions. Five meals were served--breakfast, morning snack, lunch, tea with goodies, and dinner. Wine flowed generously as did lemonade and water. The entertainment by the gauchos was very nice--singing, guitar, accordion and drum. They also showed the dress of the gaucho and the coverings of their horse in addition to a tournament of games they play on the horse. "The hotel is generally a bit "worn around the edges" but many other points more than make up for it. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "
