"Once you venture past the Lobby and reception areas, the hotel was generally all very tired and a bit scruffy. The Breakfast set up is a total joke, queuing at the bar to order, only one staff member taking orders and making all the coffees etc. After waiting for ages even the food was disappointing. "

"We had a great room that was very spacious. Everything was very clean. Being downtown this is not a new property but has been well kept. Had a minor hiccup with the servicing to the room which was sorted quickly and amenably with the management."

"It would be nice if the rooms had coffee instead of espresso and room service was open past 10 Pm. I tip well and it was kind of a slap in face to decide my tip on room service"

"We had a great stay this weekend! Anything you needed was in the hotel. Great food and drinks! Pool and hot tub were awesome! We will definitely add this to the list of hotels to stay at in Houston "

"Honestly I didn’t like it and i wouldn’t stay there again. I can see why other people might but there is no parking, they charge 55 for valet but if you call front desk they assure you it was 35… so I don’t know who’s stealing. Plus if you have bags you’re lottery going to have to walk to the entrance because due to train rails you can’t get to the front which is not advertised on the description. Overall, thank god it was only one night "
