We're only 5 mn to Downtown Buffalo, 15 to Niagara Falls US and 25 to Niagara Falls Canada. The L's Luxury is known for his unique style with simple, but delightful decorations. This property has so many issues that I could write 2 to 3 paragraphs detailing what is/went wrong. Suffice it to say that this property deserves 1 star rating and should not even be on Vrbo.

Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.

What was unique about this property was how grossly misrepresented it was, property was extremely in a deplorable shape house when we arrived. In addition, the property was in an absolutely terrible live in condition. Very disrespectful and defensive host. Not a pleasant host. Very poor customer service/communicstion with both Vrbo and host.! There is nothing luxury about this property beside it being a potential crime scene! PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! You do so at your own risk!
