terrible bad hotel

I stayed there two nights with daugher but change rooms three times. First, the roof of bathroom came down and almost hurt to my daugher then another room bathroom also got serious issue, sewage gushes out during shower. It's the terrible bad hotel that I ever never meet.

Location is prefect and staff are helpful and polite. Overall price are good also compared to other hotels nearby. I know some people said this hotel needed renovation but if it does, price will never be the same and it will lose its competitiveness of being an building with a taste of history.

It's ok, not great. The renovated rooms are nice and clean, bathroom and shower are nice. They are still renovating so you get woken up at 7AM every morning from construction sounds!!! The air in our room didn't work properly and IT WAS 80° IN OUR ROOM!!!! We tried turn the temperature down to 65 but it just kept blowing hot air!! I called the front desk 2 different times and each time they said they were spending someone, but nobody ever came. I also had to call the front desk 4 times to get them to answer the 2nd time I called. Eventually we just turned it off and cracked the windows and that helped cool off the room. We also requested a refrigerator and microwave and we were told that we didn't have to be in the room to receive them, but of course when we got back to the room that night they were there. I called AGAIN and asked for them. When the man brought them up, he said he came earlier but we weren't there. I told him we were told they would come in the room and just drop it off and we didn't have to be there. He said they can't gonin the room if the do not disturb sign is on the door. I told him there was no sign on the door.

Property is very outdated. Contrary to the pictures online this property is old, moldy and not clean. The elevators had wires exposed on the interior and exterior. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I reserved city view and I was far from seeing “city” as looking out the window, we were surrounded by other buildings that you can see inside. Bathtub was rusted. And was not properly cleaned as there was hair. It is not soundproof as you can hear the people in the hall and the next room as if they were inside your room. All I can say is false advertisement. Lobby was beautiful but beyond that, not what I was expecting as 1 night was pricey.

They never stated that property doesn’t hv AC at all.. It was so hot all through our stay.. Secondly you have to climb more than 100 stairs before getting into your room which wasn’t listed on description.. Am glad we didn’t travel with my aged mom, she wouldn’t have been able to climb.. it’s terrible putting luggage’s on your head just to check in😭😭 Terrible!!!!
There are still more stairs on side of the building to climb.. and even more stairs inside the building.. This might be a good means of exercise for you if you don’t mind.. For us, it’s a No

The staff were extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The room was very nice, but it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that.

Not at all what it looks like in the the photos! Old stained carpets, non working TV in 3 rooms (that we were moved to), old, saggy mattrasses, dirty stained lamp shades and dripping faucets. One room had entire AC control panel missing from the wall. $79 fees for parking from the site, where it really only $46 with hotel vouchers. Most of the staff is nice enough, but does equal to any type of nice and comfortable stay

The only thing in the room that was clean was the bed. I have pictures to show mould in bathroom, dirty bathtub, broken and dirty electrical plugs. AC was not working and no items n or hairdryer in room. We asked for someone to come up and still waiting! We were moved down to 10th floor room. Marginally better but nowhere near to being satisfactory for what I paid. Have come home feeling like I have been scammed!

Good location but unfortunately that's it. Worst hotel I have stayed in. They seem to be converting to a new hotel / brand, and in my opinion should rather have closed doors. No dining / bar options, no room service, old rooms, stripped down elevators. The TV was not working. The blinds were not working (had to sleep with the blinds open), the aircon was stuck at 75 (had to sleep with the windows partially open). Asking management they wrote it down on a piece of paper and says "maintenance" will have a look, which never happened. I booked for 6 nights and left after 3.
