“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Really lovely family run home, most like a bed and breakfast. Super quiet, and peaceful. It’s only reachable by car, so would say this is a must for your stay. The breakfast is a really nice touch. The host only speaks Spanish so unless you speak Spanish you’ll have limited conversation but she is lovely and helpful nonetheless We wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Went into Compas for dinner at Sa Ferreria which was really nice! About a 15 minute drive from the hotel”

“Super séjour en all inclusive. Super accueil. Buffet excellent avec personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Pas gènant en soi mais si on avait su on aurait pris une chambre avec supplément ailleurs dans l'hôtel (avec vue dans les étages par expl). En tout cas souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour.”

“We stayed at Valledemossa Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. This is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. “*HONEST REVIEW* My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. “This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated.
