“Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming.”

“Room was amazing, they kindly upgraded us and it really made our stay so nice as we've never had that before. The room was beautiful as was the hotel so full of character. Staff were always friendly and helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was faultless. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great location. We didnt really experience the spa at all but the rooftop piol area was phenomenal and very clean. We would stay again”

“The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a rental car and the free parking for the town is only a short walk from the hotel. It is located right in the heart of everything and was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. The breakfast in the morning was a good snack to start the day and tasted wonderful. The front desk even went to the restaurant we lost our sunglasses at and got them. Sadly I haven’t been able to hear from them on getting them back through the mail but it……

“The hotel is good…. It needs a lot upgrades…. The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is an old hotel and it needs to be more modern and changed some of the areas…. For example replace the carpet in the room’s corridors for real floors…. The food was ok but not excepcional.. I think this is because it is an all inclusive with a lot of people! It is a little frustrating that the hotel doesn’t have beach and you have to pay for it daily. But we enjoy so much our time in Mallorca!”

“Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves.”
