The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area not close at all to any tourist attractions. There is also no public transportation in Penang. The room is okay, but every time I try to use hot water for showering or from the sink in the bathroom, I have to let the tap run for at least 10 minutes before the water becomes hot. Not only does this waste water, it is extremely inconvenient for guests who are on a tight schedule. The sink in the bathroom also leaks water, and I had to call three times that day before they sent someone to take a look at it.

The room was clean and close proximity to eateries and entertainment places. However, the staff service need an improvement. We have to call multiple times to get the staff to empty out our trash bin. When we requested for bottled water, it never came.

used to be nice
not the first time staying here. the room access card was malfunctioning this time and that was so annoying. the receptionist changed the card for me at 3 different times. each time i had to bring the card to my room (which did not work) and come down again to get the receptionist to follow me to open to room for me. that was just so annoying. the room service are probably proactive that they cleaned the room even without us requesting. though it is something nice, we felt like that is intruding our privacy.

Nice stay,
I booked this hotel as per recommended by a friend coz i asked for not too pricey and not too cheap. I booked around 5.00pm, coz i have no intention to stay a night at Seberang Prai. Thank god they have vacant room and my booking is fast and easy thanks to Expedia. The hotel is good far beyond the rate. The room is cosy, with blue luminous light, love it coz keep me sleep comfortably. The minibar didnt provide creamer, only sugar and coffee in sachet. There was a list of some light snack but the actual item is not complete (instant noodle hot cup is in the list but it was not there). Quite dissapointed coz it was fasting month and i felt so lazy to go out for sahoor...the noodle will help me a lot if it was there.

Good room but very disturbingly noisy at night.
The room was of good quality. But the karaoke music lounge neighbour operating loudly 9pm -2am every night spoiled it all. We felt cheated as they did not inform us about it at all. The service of reception girls are of average quality. The parking was available but not free! Location was just okay. Restaurants were few in immediately area. As we value quietness & sleep, we are disheartened to stay here again.

Good value for money
Stayed for a night after long day at work. The lobby was simply elegant despite this is just a boutique hotel. The room was spacious, neat but poorly maintained. There were handful of ageing signs in the shower room and furnitures. Comfy bed, multicolour lighting and good sound insulation did help to catch sleep at night. Under 5 minutes walk to the nearest eateries, banks, convenient stores and mall thus, many good reasons not to stay in the room. The biggest challenge was, finding a parking space during office hour. Overall, it was a good stay for business traveller.

Decent hotel (parking NOT FREE)
-customer service is good -the room was clean, tidy & well lit -free parking is NOT FREE at all, dont be fooled -no room service was provided if they called and we answered (they didnt even offer) -at one point, our room have no power, but the hotel does.. The 3.5/5 rating is spot on imho.

Value for money.
Stayed 2 nights, 3 adults to a room. Everything OK except free wi-fi frequently disconnects itself. Few of the remaining hotels still collecting cash deposit (RM100) even though room fully paid many weeks in advanced.
