「I arrived at the hotel and was told to wait on the couch before they check me in. I waited about 20-25 minutes before they eventually told me the room that I reserved is not available and Id have to look for another hotel. This is ridiculously poor service. Never have I ever reserved a room only for the hotel to tell me that they dont have the room available. Avoid this place at all costs!」

"gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained "
