「We liked our spacious room and the furniture. We had a problem with the streaming on the TV and shows kept stopping and starting.」

「The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning.」

「My son had stayed there before, his room seemed more updated than ours. The rate for our room was really high due to the fact that it was SOU’s graduation weekend, that was sort of a bummer to see the rate increase. I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile. Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all....

「Great location to the Shakespeare Festival and downtown area. But this is an older, dark hotel with Motel 6 like rooms for well over $300/night. Just not a good quality to price ratio. Strongly suggest the hotel across the street which was about $120/night cheaper with much more light and was much newer」

「The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated. 「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
