「Loud arguments outside my room keep me awake late into the night. I didn’t fit in the shower. but the worst thing that happened was when I checked out. I greeted the person at the desk. She scowled and silently pointed at a computer, where there was a voice saying “are you ready to check out?” It was a voice from somewhere else trying to check me out, even though a human being was standing right there. I hated it. It felt very unwelcoming.」

「Green Springs Inn in Ashland, Oregon is a beautiful place located in a peaceful forest setting. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a nature getaway. The location is truly special and makes the stay very enjoyable. However, while the property used to be very clean, it now seems that housekeeping could be improved. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place would be absolutely perfect.」

「Property was just about adequate. We had to request a move to the renovated rooms after initially being assigned one of the older rooms. The renovated room was better but not by a whole lot.」

「This is a nicely restored vintage motel. The rooms are styled midcentury but with modern appliances and fixtures. They are also clean. I recommend it for anyone looking for a unique travel experience other than the big chain hotels and motels. The location is a little under 1 mile from the Oregon Shakespearian Festival so walkable for some.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
