「My partner and I didn't quite know what ro expect from "luxury" accommodations in the jungles of Belize. Especially, as a gay couple, we can never be sure of the locals reception of us. We booked the Luxury Villa room. It was spacious and spotless with a wonderful shower and a comfortable king-size bed. We enjoyed all the opportunities that were available to us both on and off site. We thoroughly enjoyed tubing and canoeing from the resort and also enjoyed the Botanical Gardens adjacent to the lodge. Every day, after our excursions we cooled off at the beautiful pool.
