Aug 15-17 2025Overall okKitchen did not have dish cloth, only 1 dish towel and a very used sponge. Also had pot holders. Some kitchen utensils were dirty.Large cobweb in bedroom in basement. Cobwebs throughout property. Toilet overflow in basement bath-could not use after the morning of the16th. The shower drain in bath tub basement VERY SLOW. So disappointed the grill was sooo dirty we could not use it for fear of a fire. Grease CAKED..looked like had not been cleaned in years.Trash outside property in backRug in main living room was not secure. Several guest almost slipped and fellSome furniture appeared to be outdated… especially when LUXURY is in the description. Bath and Kitchen appliances cleanHigh ceiling very niceSpacious Deck and sunroom very niceHowever outside vegetation unkept Lawn was cut and groomed Linen clean-nice. Beds relatively comfortable 1st floor suite was the BEST!!!Please see photos

Lake Anna house
The house was very spacious and clean. The bed were insanely comfortable, whatever sheets and comforter they had I want them for my own home. We thought the pool table and ping pong table were larger from the pictures but they were miniature, which was still fine. Overall we had a great time staying at the house. The area was very quiet and we had lovely walks around the neighborhood, very safe. I highly recommend for a family gathering. The host was very easy to communicate with and very generous when we asked for two additional days.
