「The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

「The hotel was dirty and old, breakfast was cold, and the room was dusty. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional however. The surrounding area was also nice.」

「Room was ‘tired’. Nothing big, but multiple small things. Breakfast was the same each day- scrambled eggs and sausage. Maybe would have been ok if it was hot. Coffee was the worst I have had in a long time. Ended up going to McDonalds for our coffee. Staff did not seem to really care, almost as if we were an inconvenience. Had stayed there several years ago and thought it was better. We have family in the area so come in several times a year. Barring the other area hotels being booked up, doubt...

「The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick. The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure. It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. 「We were very disappointed with our stay. The Emergency side door was propped open with a rock at night. When we checked in they gave us a room key to an occupied room and fortunately we only saw an open suitcase and not walk in and disturb someone. These 2 situations made us feel unsafe. The desk clerk gave us a new room and in the middle of the night, at 3 am, the smoke detector battery alarm started going off. Needless to say we didn't get a good nights sleep or enjoy our stay. 」
