Truly one of the most beautiful lake front properties. The home is clean with everything you could need inside and out to enjoy lake life! The host and his team were great to work with. The home was clean with more than enough space for a large family vacation! From grandparents to teens and babies the home was perfect for all!

Perfect!!

We LOVED our stay and everything about this house. The property was absolutely gorgeous. We had a small wedding on the property and it turned out more perfect than I could have imagined. The lighting and decor in the house was beautifully thought out. I would definitely recommend this house!!

We had a gathering for our friends and it was a beautiful time!! The property is stunning and the rooms are spacious and we’re just what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware for our larger group!

Spring break relaxation

Susan was wonderful and responsive. The privacy at the property is exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The kitchen and outdoor area were super fun for cooking and enjoying time with extended family. We would love to go back again!

Spectacular property

I was greeted at the house by Susan, and she walked me through everything I needed to know. When I drove up, the view took my breath away. We hosted a family reunion and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for a crowd. The swim spa was such a treat. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were huge! This is a special place.

This is our second time staying at wine down and it feels like home!

Susan was our property manager and she was amazing as we had a few questions and she responded immediately. We had such a wonderful weekend at wine down. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and the hot tub and yard makes your stay magical!

Amazing water view!

Our entire multi-generational family enjoyed this beautiful house, property, and amenities. We highly recommend renting the available pontoon boat or renting jet skis. The property manager is very helpful and provided excellent service. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

Great time in Bumpass

We had a large group of four families all with kids of varied ages. The property was so well laid out that everyone was able to keep busy and find time and space to relax. The house is spacious and well-appointed with plenty of bathrooms. Everyone had a great time and we look forward to another stay!!

Very impressed with the property, the lake and the boats. the manager of the property was very good also. loved the shadow sport boat , but disappointed there wasn't a marina on the lake, so had to use some old gas cans to get gas at the local gas station.

Family vacation

After the loss of my Mother it’s been hard to “have fun” or enjoy things as we use to, we had some much needed family time what a beautiful place this was in every way. We slept, we cooked, we cried, we laughed, we swam we thoroughly enjoyed this property. Check in was easy and the Host was so very nice to me. We will return in the spring ! Thank you for a very beautiful healing vacation from our family

Beautiful house with a gorgeous lake view!

Beautiful space, we had awesome weather and the back patio is the perfect place to unwind and catch some sun and a nice lake view. Canoes and paddle boats were a favorite and just lounging around the large spa pool! Great communication from the owner/care taker. We definitely stay again! Thanks for everything Wine Down!

Fantastic house

This house has a great set up for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the paddle boards, canoe, pontoon boat, beach, walking in the woods, fishing, relaxing in the giant hot tub, and the beautiful sunsets every night. 10/10

Lovely place- view is incredible and we comfortably fit 4 families with grown kids (16 people) to celebrate Thanksgiving. Not sure we could have slept 20 as listed- had to use air mattresses to supplement bed space with grown boys. Video game systems weren’t functional - not a disaster aid course but a couple of the college kids in our group were disappointed.

Best girls weekend ever

I can’t say enough about this gorgeous property! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful weekend using the paddle boards, jacuzzi tub and bluetooth speaker system. The kitchen had everything you would need and more and the bedrooms were all extremely beautiful and comfortable with fully functional climate control (no hot upstairs rooms!). Plenty of parking and easy, no fuss check-out. Hope to be back again!

Awesome. Great house. Susan didn't show up at appointed time which left us hanging out in the heat for a bit until she got back to us. A little bit of a pain but all ended well.
