Escape to a luxurious and peaceful lakeside retreat designed with upper-income families in mind. This spacious, beautifully appointed home sits on the quiet southern end of Lake Anna in a no-wake cove with deep, clean water—perfect for swimming, boating, and relaxing in total serenity.



Peaceful Haven spans two spacious levels designed for comfort and style. On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept great room with soaring vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a center island perfect for easy meal prep and entertaining.



The main floor also features a lakeside primary suite with deck access, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide ample comfort for family and friends. Downstairs, the walkout basement includes a spacious game room and two more bedrooms with two full bathrooms, offering extra space to spread out and unwind.



Outdoors, enjoy a large lakefront deck, private sandy beach, and a composite dock with deep water access. Gather around the lakeside firepit for evening s’mores, or play a game of cornhole, volleyball or horseshoes on the flat, grassy 1-acre lot.



Whether you're lounging by the water, cooking a family dinner, or watching the sunset from the dock, Peaceful Haven is the ultimate destination for unforgettable lakefront memories.

Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 12 Adults Maximum

- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass).

- No Pets allowed.

- Indoor Wood Fireplace can not be used.

- Boat and Jet Ski Lifts not for guest use.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
