You will find the Podere Vetricella villa spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2023 with very tasteful and stylish furnishings. The entrance hall features air conditioning, leading to a living room with air conditioning and an exit to the garden. One double bedroom on the ground floor comes equipped with a shower/WC and air conditioning. Upstairs, an open living room with an open-hearth fireplace, TV (flat screen), and air conditioning awaits. The dining room is located on this level as well. Two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and a room with two 80 cm beds and air conditioning, provide ample sleeping space. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Two additional showers/WC ensure convenience. Natural stone floors contribute to the comfortable country house style.
