The only thing I had a problem with the hotel was there was 4 kids above my room and they ran, jumped pound on the floor and we could not get any sleep. I called down to the desk to let them know if they can contact the persons in the room above us and tell them to stop their kids from jumping, running and playing while people are trying to get rest. “Amazing staff and amenities. Only complaint was the pool isnt heated which is fine but was freezing and there was dried food stuck to the hotel room floor. Other than that perfect stay.”

“The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!”

“Upon arrival to check-in was told that there was a $100 deposit that was an unexpected fee. Therefore paid the $100 when to go check. In my room one fourteen, and there was someone that was already staying in the the room. “The front lobby was extremely hot.Booked room on Expedia unable to cancel front desk not helpful at all tried to cancel before time given booked room after 12 not put in the system until after 3p i tried to cancell just all over a bad experience”

“I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.”
