「Brenda in housekeeping was absolutely incredible. Front office lady was rude , and used a lot of customer service terms to basically say she won’t help or do anything. I booked a suite but for a room because the front desk girl said suites were unfortunately booked out but I could upgrade to one , ridiculous. Parking should always be included I hate that it’s an extra fee especially when no other parking options are available. My least favorite Hilton !」

「I absolutely love this location. They have one of the biggest Jacuzzi at a hotel I’ve ever seen, which is really nice. They have checker and other games for kids out in the patio area. I absolutely love the fire pit. Anytime I go to LA I stay here. It’s my favorite place in LA to stay.」
