"We stayed 4 nights. Over all it was nice and convenient. I will recommend. Pros / cons Shuttle bus very convenient but you have to book the pick up and drop offs ahead of time, because it will be booked very fast and limited seats. I had nice room king suite with kitchen in the corner but it was next to laundry, ice room so people in and out little noisy. King bed mattress was little noisy and uncomfortable for me, Pullout couch also not so comfortable . Love the room layout separate setting area. Kitchen is convenient nice cook where need an upgrade. Has nice big full size refrigerator. Area is feel safer cleaner. Had a few restaurants and fast food groceries cvs all within walking distance. Staff are nice. "

"I was really disappointed with my stay. I was charged an unexpected $40 per day hotel fee that was never clearly disclosed upfront, which felt very misleading. On top of that, there was no self-parking available at all — only valet parking for $45 per night, or you’re left trying to find street parking on your own. These extra charges add up quickly and should be made much more transparent before booking. Between the hidden daily fee and the lack of reasonable parking options, the overall experience felt frustrating and overpriced. I would not have chosen to stay here if I had known the true cost in advance."

"Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the Burbank area! Bonus, they were filming a movie in the parking lot so that was neat to see. "
