Host Dan was easy to get ahold of. The keypad stopped working while we were there- he had to drop off extra keys. The tv and washer/dryer didn’t work in the additional living space. Biggest complaint of all— NO working FRIDGE in the main house- we had ten people staying. Using the guest house fridge ...

Everything was very clean, host was friendly and kind, I would say family, friendly location, and nice layout of the house. The only thing that I feel was inaccurate, was the listing set a seven minute walk to universal. Or, at least that’s how I read it. Definitely a great spot. Would go back.

Good Location and room.
Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable. The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. If I go to the LA again, this hotel will be my first choice.
