"Comfortable bed, lovely surroundings and breakfast excellent in a great location ~ would stay here again."

"Clean room with amenities as Expected for the price point of this hotel. I was able to check in early Which was much appreciated. The proximity to the train station is very convenient but station a 20 min walk from old town without restaurants nearby. Fast food places are available inside and just outside the station but this area, the train station and large bus stop point, feels a little gritty and rough around the edges"

"Staff was helpful when we arrived ( about 6pm)told us about the area. We dropped our bags in room and rushed out as we had a tour booked. When we got back later that night reception was shut. We then notice the room wasn’t as clean as it should of been the glasses were dirty and there was dried blood on floor in bathroom and the shower door didn’t seal so water leaked when having a shower. In the morning I woke with a tiny bug on me and loads bites and my son had same all over his shoulders. We reported the issues at checkout ( we only stayed a night) only thing was said was should of told him last night which was confusing as there wasn’t anyone to tell and the bug/ bites that morning and was telling him straight away. We left as we had other things to get to and he didn’t seem interested."
