布爾加斯布爾加斯中心酒店住宿推介

「所有想去、要去的景點都在旅館的附近，旅館的設施及環境也是一等的。」

「Excellent location,service and staff, I highly recommend it.」

「交通方便、往市中心近」

「Excellent hotel. Very clean. Very good furniture, everything is new. Delicious breakfast.」

「So bad, the bathroom door can not closed well & the quilt felt humidity.」

「Перфектен малък хотел!」

「Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests. 「Good」

「Friendly, welcoming staff and a great location to explore all the sites. We loved it here!」

I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

「I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

「Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again.」
