Burlington Hotel with Pool

"Fire alarms went off - had to stand outside in the cold for an hour - (midnight) then fire alarms went off 2 more times every time was attempting to sleep - did not get any sleep and they wouldn't credit me. This was they're fault do to faulty issues with new construction "

"There was an extra charge on my credit card that I was unaware of when checking in or checking out. I’ve tried to reach out for an explanation and have not heard from the hotel. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and hairs in the shower. You could hear the elevators movement in the room and the door to the elevator sounded like screeching metal. This was distracting throughout the night."

"The Stoweflake is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to skiing. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We did not use the pool, or any other activities. The continental breakfast was good, and they serve it in a nicely appointed room. "
