「Lovely quaint hotel in the heart of Haworth. Easy access to all amenities and the moors. Great breakfast. Comfy bed and nice shower.」

「Room was tidy, however the light shades were out of shape. The picture on the wall had half of the glass missing.No towels in the bathroom. And bath was not clean.」

「Friendly and professional staff. Wonderful evening meal (the Halloumi Flatbread was delicious). Good parking, spacious bedroom well appointed. The chilled complimentary fruit juice & water was much appreciated after a 400 mile journey! My only issue was that room 4 was right over the outside seating area and I can only imagine that during World Cup season this could prove to be a problem. As it was I did have the creaking stairs (access for all guests) and loud music blasting from the bar below...

「No one to greet me so had to guess which room was mine. No info in room for wifi etc. Tea and coffee but no water (in August). Damp in one corner, mould in the other. Mouldy window frames that didn’t close properly. Managers not interested, blamed Head Office.」
