「I’d recommend this hotel with a couple of caveats and if you’re ok with them then go for it. The location is good (a few mins walk from Mile End tube) good nearby eateries (Nandos, Subway, Coop local) to get a meal or snack from. Rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable even in the single room. The bottled water in the room is a nice touch. Just be prepared that it won’t feel like a hotel chain, hotel is a bit dated rooms are small, and are over a pub so it’s noisy until about 2330 and...

I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late. This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track. Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.」

「Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving. If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled...

「Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. 」
