「This hotel was vey horrible. The bed and quilt and bed are full of stain. The room, corridor and carpet are very dirty, they are full of sour smell (like vomit after drunk), the heater and exhaust fan are dusty, and a lot of louse and ants. 100% not recommend!!!!」

「酒店很有特色，穿过酒店的bar到达lodge所在的小庭院。庭院还可以通到二楼露台及室内早餐所在的餐厅。房间内暖气打开很快暖和起来，卫生间和淋雨分开，单独地暖。房间大小适中，展开一个大箱子比还不影响正常活动。早餐很好，稍微有点慢，可能因为我们习惯了着急。」

「是一間古老的旅館，感覺會充滿著故事，一樓的酒吧也是櫃檯，早餐、晚餐、啤酒都很棒！但也由於是古老的旅館，所以隔音效果會差一點，但是整體來說並不會造成太大的影響，畢竟無法知道何時外頭會有喝太多酒的人在街上大喊大叫。而且我們很喜歡它的位置，就在城圍邊，好有味道！並且走路到約克大教堂不到三分鐘的距離，走到火車站大約10-15分鐘，整體來說真的很方便！」

「Loved the pub and Simon was super helpful. Best nights sleep ever in the best bed with lovely soft pillows. Food very good, especially breakfast (full Yorkshire breakfast) overall such great find. Highly recommended. Very dog friendly and lovely atmosphere.」

「Perfect- 11 out of 10!-Room was lovely,no expense spared anywhere, Contained everything we needed,Cozy and exceptionally clean. Really quick and efficient check in. Staff all so really polite and helpful, Relaxed and professional. Food there was Amazing and cooked breakfast was the best we’ve experienced.We got a great deal for a one night stay over in Aug 2025 but this hotel is so so good. 「Very charming property with just a few rooms and a nice restaurant and very nice staff. WiFi was fast, but worked only in some rooms. Food was great. 」
