"We came to celebrate our 47th anniversary and this cute little apartment complete with harbor view, was just right for our stay in Boothbay. Everything you need is provided by the hosts Patty and Mark. Which were easy to work with. There are a few nice shops and plenty of restaurants to eat if you don’t feel like cooking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay."

"Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again."
