“Nice property and staff/service, but showing its age a bit next to the Moevenpick Hotel beside it. Due to the end of the hot weather season, the HVAC was switched to heating-only mode, which kept the temperature inside the property a little on the high side. The front desk graciously accommodated us by switching our rooms to the opposite side of the hallway, away from the busy street, allowing us to open the windows in the room without having to absorb traffic noise at night.”

“The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities.
The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems.
The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. ”
